Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the Outfit Arhitect mobile app and related websites (the “Service”), provided by Outfit Arhitect (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Outfit Arhitect is a personal styling app. You add photos of your clothes and answer a short style profile, and the Service suggests outfits based on your wardrobe, the weather, your calendar (if you connect it) and your preferences, and lets you chat with an AI stylist.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • You can sign up with an email address and password, or with Google or Apple. Keep your credentials safe — you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You can delete your account at any time from the app (Settings → Privacy → Delete account). Deletion is permanent.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, texts and other content you add (“Your Content”). You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you — for example to remove photo backgrounds, recognise clothing and generate suggestions. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.

Only upload content you have the right to use. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission, or content that is illegal, offensive or infringes anyone’s rights.

4. AI-generated suggestions

Outfit suggestions, color analysis, clothing recognition and chat answers are generated automatically by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate. They are styling ideas for inspiration, not professional, medical or other advice. Use your own judgement.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: trying to access other users’ data or our systems without permission; interfering with the Service or bypassing its limits; scraping, reverse engineering or reselling the Service; or using it for anything unlawful.

6. Free use, subscriptions and limits

  • The Service may be offered for free, with usage limits, or with a paid Premium subscription. Current features, limits and prices are shown in the app before you buy.
  • Prices include VAT where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the app; you keep Premium until the end of the period already paid for.
  • Free trials, when offered, are limited to one per user and convert into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
  • Payments are processed by our payment provider. Statutory consumer rights, including any right of withdrawal under applicable law, are not affected.
  • To keep the Service fair and sustainable, features powered by AI have reasonable usage limits, shown in the app.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or discontinue features. If we make material changes to these terms, we will let you know in the app or by email before they take effect.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these terms or that put the Service or other users at risk; where reasonable, we will tell you why first.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, texts and brand, belongs to Outfit Arhitect and its licensors. These terms do not give you any right to use our name or brand.

10. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on AI suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
